The registration process will be handled by a travel agency (Resia). They will also be able to help you with hotel reservations and other travelling arrangements. You will be able to choose between invoice or card payment.

Please note: When clicking the Registration link below you will be redirected to an external website containing the registration form. Registration is open until October 28.


All fees including VAT/tax. The fee includes lunch both days and the conference dinner in the evening November 18. The registration fee does not include accommodation. However the travel agency handling the registrations will be able to help you with hotel reservation as well as other travelling services.

There is an extra fee of € 45 (400 SEK) for the Technical visit.


Registration fees paid by non-taxable entities and private persons within the European Union and also all fees paid by participants and organizations within Sweden include VAT/tax. Taxable entities within the EU should state their valid VAT-number to receive the invoice with VAT excluded.


A confirmation with an invoice will be sent to you by Resia when the registration has been received. All registration fees must be paid in EURO or SEK with bank transfer or card payment no later than November 17 2015. Indicate Beacon-15 and your name on all money transfers. All bank charges are to be paid by the participant.


ISWA will gladly send you an invitation letter to the conference as soon as full payment of the registration fee is received by Resia. Please note that the Ministry for Foreign Affairs has informed us that Sweden does not issue visas unless you can prove that you have a hotel room reserved in your name. Since issuing a Visa can take some time, we advice participants in need of Visa to register early.
